In order to be registered as a member of the WFN Association of Parkinsonism and Related Disorders, I acknowledge that this association is a fully independent charitable institution under Dutch law aiming to conduct research into and advance knowledge of Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, as well as to advise the World Federation of Neurology in matters related to Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders. I have read the charter with the bylaws of the Association, including the goals of the Association as well as the conditions (with obligations and rights) of membership as specified in the articles 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, and herewith declare that I understand and accept these bylaws.
